Our jewellery is made to the highest standards but is delicate and requires care when wearing and handling. As with all jewellery, taking the right precautions and caring for your item correctly will prolong its life. To preserve its integrity and finish we recommend removal when showering, swimming and sleeping. It is best to avoid contact with perfumes, creams and lotions as metal reacts when exposed to some chemicals and could cause your jewellery to tarnish. Gently polish your items with a specialised jewellery cleaning cloth. Take care not to over polish gold vermeil items.
We want to make sure your order gets to you safely so we send all orders fully insured by tracked and/or signed for delivery services. It is important you use a delivery address where you or somebody you trust can sign for it. All Marianna Goulandris jewellery is hand made to order. It can take up to 4 weeks to produce unless it is available from stock. Please e-mail us on firstname.lastname@example.org to find out if something is in stock or to find out current expected lead-time.
An overview of estimated transit times after dispatch are provided below but as we are reliant on the external services provided by Royal Mail and DHL courier we cannot guarantee to achieve these.
* If you choose to ship internationally, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these is often necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. You should check with your country's import laws before placing your order. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.
Extra charges may apply for remote locations. In such cases, an email will be sent detailing the additional cost for your approval and payment prior to shipment of your order.
Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Marianna Goulandris Limited shall not be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond the control of Marianna Goulandris Limited.
Orders in the UK should be delivered in the morning or before 1pm.
Orders delivered outside the UK with DHL will normally be delivered between 9am and 5pm.
Please make sure that someone will be available to receive and sign for your delivery. In case no one is available for the delivery, the courier will leave a message with a contact number you must call to arrange for your redelivery.
Orders are shipped out of London, UK or Athens, Greece.

Returns & Refunds
If you purchase something full price from our online store you may return it in it's original, unworn condition and original packaging for a full refund - but not including shipping - if you contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. If you purchase a sale item from our online store you may return it for exchange or credit only - if you contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We must receive your authorised return within 21 days from the day we dispatched it from customers in the UK and within 34 days from the day we dispatched it from customers outside of the UK. Returns received outside these periods may not be accepted, so please allow enough time for your goods to get back to us.

Packages will not be accepted without an RA number clearly marked on the outside of the package. Please also enclose your RA number in the returned package specifying whether you require a refund or exchange.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse so please ensure they are properly packaged to prevent damage in transit. Goods will be inspected on receipt for eligibility for return.
If you are outside the UK we recommend shipping your return via courier such as DHL, FedEx or UPS. It is important that you also ensure that adequate insurance cover is taken out with the courier. We are not responsible for any packages lost while being returned. You must obtain a tracking number as proof of posting.

All refunds will be processed once we receive and verify the condition of the returned items.
If the product you have received from us is damaged, faulty or does not match the description given at the time of sale, you can return them to us for an exchange or refund (including the cost of posting), so long as the product is received within 21 days of your receiving.
You also have the right to cancel your order before we dispatch it under the terms of the UK’s distance selling regulations.

Exempt from any refund are bespoke commissions, made to order items or jewellery altered to a customer request.
We are happy to repair or adjust your Marianna Goulandris jewellery purchase if needed. There may be a fee connected to this service depending on the situation. All repair requests submitted after 6 months of purchase are subject to material and labour costs. If you choose to have an item resized a fee will apply. The cost to send in and return the repair is not covered by Marianna Goulandris Limited.
All of our styles are available to order in other gold carats and colours, sterling silver or gold vermeil. We can change stone type and colour too. Please e-mail email@example.com with your ideas.
